Architect/Senior Project Managers

Immediate openings in the Atlanta Miami offices for Senior Aviation, Educational Facilities, and Senior Living Facilities Project Managers.

Project Manager with design and production experience in organization, layout, and preparation of architectural contract documents for projects of various types and sizes. The candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage diverse project teams within the area of expertise relevant to the specific Practice Group identified; the experience to independently coordinate work and the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design and documentation phases of a project.

The candidate must be responsible to assist the Practice Group Leader with client contact and the assignment of a workload of the Project Team to complete documents on schedule and within budget including CA phases of the project. The ability to manage and coordinate the architectural process and documents with all other disciplines is a must. Candidate must possess excellent client management skills and optimum communications.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in the designated Practice Group identified
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
• Registered Architect Preferred
• 10+ years of experience
• Sound technical skills, with detailed knowledge of codes

Project Manager / Architect

Project Manager / Architect (min. 7 years exp.) with strong management skills and ACADD proficiency. Demonstrated previous experience in the design and documentation of K-12 educational facilities, college and university projects, and/or aviation related projects is desired. Current architectural license or ability to obtain licensing in Florida/Georgia is also desired.

Architect

Immediate opening in our Atlanta office.  

Project Manager to assume major responsibilities on multiple projects. Excellent compensation and benefits package.

The successful candidate should have a 5 year BA degree or MS degree in Architecture and 7+ years experience both in technical as well as office managerial skills along with knowledge in AutoCAD. Experience in large-scale institutional, commercial and multi-family projects required. The candidate must have demonstrated the capability to manage people in a highly productive work environment. Professional registration along with strong references is required.

Intern Architect / CADD Tech

Immediate opening in our Atlanta office.

Architectural Intern/CADD Technicians with 3+ years experience. Architectural degree preferred but not required. IDP program supported.

K-12 Studio Director

Immediate opening in our Miami office for Senior Architect / K-12 Studio Director. Candidate must have a 5 year BA degree or MS degree in Architecture and 12 + years experience both in the design of K-12 Educational Facilities as well as Project Management and School Board client relationship building and support. Additional experience in higher education classroom, laboratory and student support facilities is desired.

The candidate must have demonstrated the capability to manage people in a highly productive work environment. Florida Professional registration must be either in place or able to be obtained.

A starting salary in the six figure range along with a comprehensive benefit package is offered to the selected candidate. Growth potential including stock ownership and elevation into principal status in the firm is available within 2 – 5 years.

Senior K-12 Architect

Immediate opening in our Atlanta office for Senior K-12 Architect. Candidate must have a 5 year BA degree or MS degree in Architecture and 10 + years experience both in the design of K-12 Educational Facilities as well as Project Management and School Board client relationship building and support. Additional experience in higher education classroom, laboratory and student support facilities is desired.

Experience in large-scale institutional, commercial and multi-family projects is also desired The candidate must have demonstrated the capability to manage people in a highly productive work environment. Georgia Professional registration must be either in place or able to be obtained.

A starting salary in the high five figure range along with a comprehensive benefit package is offered to the selected candidate. Growth potential including stock ownership and advancement into senior management is available within 2 – 3 years
